The 2024–25 Dr Harty Cup is the 104th staging of the Harty Cup since its establishment by the Munster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1918. The draw for the group stage took place on 26 August 2024. The competition is scheduled to run from 16 October 2024 to February 2025.

St Joseph's CBS, Nenagh were the defending champions, however, they were beaten by De La Salle College in the preliminary quarter-finals.
