The 39th American Society of Cinematographers Awards will be held on February 23, 2025, at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, to honor the best cinematographers of film, television and music in 2024. The ceremony will be livestreamed through the society's official website. Due to the Southern California wildfires, the nominations announcement was postponed twice. Originally scheduled to be announced on January 10, it was moved to January 13. Ultimately, the nominees were announced on January 16.

For the second time in the awards history, a total of seven nominees were presented for the Theatrical Feature Film award, after the 2013 edition.
