The 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade (Ukrainian: 43 окрема механізована бригада) is a brigade of the Ukrainian Ground Forces formed in 2023 on the basis of a mechanized battalion from 93rd Mechanized Brigade. The brigade is currently equipped with T-64BVs, BMP-1s, M113s and 2S1 Gvozdikas.
History
The brigade is at the stage of formation as of April 2023. The brigade has also notably been providing humanitarian aid to Ukrainian civilians. The brigade was involved in the 2023 Ukrainian counteroffensive.
