History
Establishment
The story of Darry Ring begins with its two founders, Tony (Guotao Zhang) and Wendy (Yiwen Lu). Their love story started during their university years, when they shared unforgettable moments, including traveling through Paris and discovering the world's beauty together.
As their relationship deepened, Tony decided to propose to Wendy. However, Wendy gently declined—not due to the size or price of the ring, but because it lacked a unique, symbolic meaning that truly represented their love. Determined to express his devotion, Tony resolved to design a ring himself. Over several months, he mastered the art of jewelry design, creating a piece that reflected his unwavering love and lifelong commitment. On this journey, Tony realized: "Anyone can buy a ring, but how many can dedicate themselves to one person forever?"
In 2010, the couple founded Darry Ring. The name "Darry" stems from Tony's old nickname, symbolizing the personal and heartfelt essence of the brand. From the start, Darry Ring adopted its iconic philosophy of "One Love, One Lifetime," allowing each customer to purchase only one ring in their lifetime for their true love. The belief that each jewelry in Darry Ring should be "Bought for One Person in a Lifetime" has defined Darry Ring's mission to support and protect enduring love.
Key Milestone
In 2015, Darry Ring has entered the Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district in Hong Kong, with its global number of physical stores surpassing 32.
In 2016, Darry Ring partnered with renowned Italian designer Antonio Missiaggia to create the Love Line collection, inspired by the Celtic handfasting ritual. The collection symbolizes the deep bond and connection between lovers.
In 2018, Darry Ring opened its flagship store at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, bringing its global store count to over 250.

Additionally, based on the brand brief of "for One Person in a Lifetime," a series of unique purchase certifications and verification services have been launched to ensure each ring is exclusive for only one person.
Darry Ring ID: First-time True Love Agreeement customers are required to upload a valid ID photo and a clear facial photo, which will be used to generate a unique digital sequence, known as the Darry Ring ID, and bonded to the selected ring. This service is conducted in partnership with ISO 27001 certified partners to ensure the highest level of data protection.
True Love Verification: When a customer tries to purchase an engagement or wedding ring on Darry Ring's online store with a different account, they must complete a True Love Verification. This matches their ID and facial data with previous records. If verification fails, the purchase cannot proceed.
True Love Agreement: After True Love Verification and payment, customers will enter their full names, but, the buyers will go through the Truve Love Verification process, whilst the recipient will only have to prove their full name. A unique DR certificate No. is then generated and shared with the couple. This service, inspired by marriage vows, is performed only once for each person.
True Love Intent: Ths Intent is a symbolic, non-binding document provided by Darry Ring for singles and teens, particularly minors who may be too young to formally sign the True Love Agreement. Unlike the Agreement, this document does not require ID verification, making it accessible for those under legal signing age. Darry Ring views the True Love Intent as a guide to their values on companionship and marriage, sharing traditional perspectives on love and lifelong commitment with a younger audience. This initiative also serves as a gentle way to discourage teens from entering relationships prematurely before fully understanding the seriousness of such commitments.
Love Check: The service is the final step in upholding the brief of "for One Person in a Lifetime". With the email associated with the order or DR certificate No., one can check the purchase history and confirm whether the received ring was indeed purchased for them on the Darry Ring website.

The collection features three exquisite series — Dragon, Gold, and Diamond — offering wedding rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and bangles. Each piece merges traditional Chinese motifs with modern aesthetics, catering to both the cultural richness of Chinese weddings and the contemporary fashion sensibilities of young couples.
