Diane Ingabire (born 17 July 2001) is a Rwandan road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Canyon–SRAM Generation. She competed in the time trial at the 2024 Summer Olympics, finishing 35th, as well as the road race which she did not finish.
She competed at the 2021 and 2023 UCI Road World Championships.
She won multiple medals at the African Cycling Championships in 2021 and 2023.
