Enlicitide chloride (INN; previously known as MK-0616) is a macrocyclic peptide investigational drug who is being evaluated for the treatment of hypercholesterolaemia. It is a PCSK9 inhibitor.

Merck has launched a Phase 3 clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of MK-0616 in Adults With Hypercholesterolemia.
