Gazipur City Corporation (Bengali: গাজীপুর সিটি কর্পোরেশন - in short: GCC), is a local governing body that manages all civic services in the Gazipur, the city of Bangladesh. The GCC government is elected by popular vote every five years. It is headed by a mayor, who presides over 76 councillors. It’s follows The City Corporation act, 2009 and derives most of its powers from it.
Gazipur City Corporation established in 2013, is one of the city corporations of Bangladesh. Gazipur City Corporation's total area is 329.23 square kilometers with approximately has the population of 2,674,697 people in the city corporation area. As of 2018, Gazipur City Corporation had 1.1 million voters.
