The High Risk Modular (HRM) tactical vest is a body armour used by the LAPD SWAT teams, NYPD ESU and the United States Marine Corps The vest was manufactured by Point Blank Body Armour and was issued from 1987 to 2006 when it was replaced by a standard III-A Soft armor vest. - at least 2006.

The "LAPD SWAT" and Second Chance "Command Jac" were similar, with the Velcro-zipper attachment system, only the zipper down the front is uncovered.
