Juan Bustillos Montalvo (born 9 June 1955) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). In the 2003 mid-terms he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent the fourth district of Veracruz during the 59th Congress. He had previously served during the 55th Congress (1991–1994), representing Veracruz's 18th district.
