Larry Ryans (born July 28, 1971) is a former American football wide receiver. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1996 and for the Los Angeles Xtreme in 2001.

Thomas also competed on the Clemson Tigers track and field team as a sprinter, running the 3rd leg of their runner-up 4 × 100 m relay at the 1991 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
