History
Laurel Township was established in 1845.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 31.74 square miles (82.2 km), of which 31.5 square miles (82 km) (or 99.24%) is land and 0.23 square miles (0.60 km) (or 0.72%) is water. Triple Lakes is in this township.
