Martin B. Cohen (1923–2007) was an American film producer, best known for his work in the exploitation field.
He was manager of Bruce Dern.
He wrote and produced Humanoids of the Deep. The success of this led to him announcing he was going to embark on a $36 million production slate, which included a variety of movies including sequels to Piranha and Humanoids of the Deep as well as The House Where Evil Dwells. Only the latter film was made.
