Mary Mulenga (born 11 April 1998) is a Zambian footballer who plays as a defender for Red Arrows and the Zambia women's national football team. She has appeared in two friendly matches for Zambia. She was named to the Zambia squad for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.
