Michele De Pascale (born 20 January 1985 in Cesena) is an Italian politician. Following the centre-left coalition win in the 2024 regional election, he is the president of Emilia-Romagna.

He is a member of the Democratic Party and he was elected Mayor of Ravenna on 21 June 2016. He also served as President of the Province of Ravenna from 4 September 2016 to 25 November 2024.
