The Movement of Classist Workers and Laborers (Spanish: Movimiento de Obreros y Trabajadores Clasistas, MOTC) was a Peruvian mass organization formed by the Communist Party of Peru-Shining Path. It began in 1976 and was formalized into the Shining Path's united front in 1979. MOTC had the objective of recruiting urban union workers for the party, however it mainly had a presence with informal and itinerant workers.

After the Chuschi attack, the MOTC initiated the first Shining Path attack in Lima with molotov cocktails at San Martín de Porres.
