Niki Kaliyanda Poonacha (born 27 April 1995) is an Indian tennis player. He has a career high ATP doubles ranking of No. 102 achieved on 20 May 2024. He also has a career high singles ranking of No. 605 achieved on 14 January 2019.

Kaliyanda Poonacha has won two ATP Challenger doubles titles. He won his first Challenger at the 2023 President's Cup with S D Prajwal Dev. Partnering with Rithvik Choudary Bollipalli, Poonacha won the 2024 San Luis Open Challenger.
