In September 2023, Pannika was given a lifetime ban from politics from the Supreme Court of Thailand for a breach of ethical standards, which stemmed from her association with a photo deemed disrespectful of the Thai monarchy. Pannika was a journalist at Voice TV from 2011 to 2017.
