The Stronger Sex (Spanish: El Sexo Fuerte) is a 1946 Mexican comedy film directed by Emilio Gómez Muriel and starring Mapy Cortés, Rafael Baledón and Ángel Garasa. It was shot at the Clasa Studios in Mexico City. The film's sets were designed by the art directors Jorge Fernández and Edward Fitzgerald.

Synopsis

Two men are shipwrecked on a remote island ruled entirely by women. They find that men have been reduced to an inferior, slave-like status. However, the arrival of the two outsiders soon causes disruption in the social hierarchy of the island.
